Zoe's Place Trust is a registered Charity providing palliative, respite and end-of-life care to babies and infants aged from birth to five years suffering from life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. This care is provided in a caring, safe, home-from-home environment in our 3 hospices in Coventry, Liverpool and Middlesbrough. We accept children from anywhere in the UK.
